What I've been up to in LA
I thought I would give everyone a sneak peek at what I’ve been doing in Los Angeles over the past week. Although I've spent time over the last couple of days taking in the sights and soaking up the sun, that isn't why I'm here.
Earlier this year I was introduced to a form of hypnotherapy called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). This therapy uses a hypnotic state to access the subconscious mind, from there the therapist works with the client to uncover and address the root cause of any issue the client has chosen. This method has so many application: weight loss, phobias, self-limiting beliefs, money blocks, smoking, infertility, health problems, etc. The incredible woman who created this method, Marisa Peer, originally trained as a child psychologist and went on to train in hypnotherapy and develop her own quick and effective treatment model. I feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to learn directly from her.
The results I have personally experienced and witnessed in friends and classmates are astonishing. This work really is a life transformation. As I watch the process work in live demonstrations it becomes clear that every person is carrying outdated belief systems that were installed in them as a child and that shape how they react to life every single day. When you get rid of these old outdated patterns you restore people to the perfect creation they were meant to be, giving them confidence and knowledge to live their very best life. I’m so excited to complete my training and begin helping others using this amazing tool.
I plan to post more in-depth about the training and Marisa's method when I have more time. In the meantime, here are a couple of talks that Marisa has given, she really is phenomenal.
